Shipping PoliciesCall our toll free number at (800) 424-8150 to ask about how you can receive free shipping! Once we receive your order, it will be carefully prepared for shipping via UPS. There is a 10% shipping charge on all orders. We also charge a $9 handling fee on all orders under $200. All shipments will originate from Torrance, CA. Shipping can take 3-7 days depending on your zip code, and shipping for customized products can take 1-6 weeks (at customer’s request). An additional 8% fee for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, and freight rates to all orders shipping to Canada apply; please call for details. Return PoliciesAt Fourman Industries your complete satisfaction is our goal. In an effort to meet this goal, we have established the following policies which will help us serve you better:
Cancellations - If you have placed an order and cancel it prior to your items being printed (for all cords) and shipped, we will refund your full purchase price in the same method which payment was made.
Refunds - In the event that you need to return your item(s), you must contact Fourman Industries directly via our toll free number at (800) 424-8150. We will refund 100% of the purchase price for all items returned in good condition, less a 10% freight fee. We regret that we cannot accept returns on our customized products, however, we confirm in writing (via email or fax) all custom print orders prior to printing. |
